Acceptable Use Policy
What you can and cannot do with Loudpage. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Only sites you are entitled to use
Submit a website only if it is yours or you have permission from its owner to make a video from it. We ask you to confirm this before you download.
2. What is not allowed
- Impersonating a person, company, bank, government body, hospital or other organisation, or making a video that could mislead people about who is speaking or who made it. Sites of those kinds may be blocked unless verified.
- False, misleading or unsubstantiated claims, including fake testimonials, fake endorsements or invented statistics.
- Content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or that promotes self-harm, weapons, illegal drugs or gambling where it is unlawful.
- Infringing copyright, trademarks or other rights, including uploading music you are not licensed to use, or asking us to add another company's logo.
- Presenting synthetic voices as real people, or depicting real, identifiable people without their consent.
- Spam, scams, phishing, pyramid schemes or other fraud.
- Creating multiple accounts, using disposable emails or other tricks to get more free previews, reselling free previews, or sharing accounts to avoid paying.
- Probing, scanning, overloading or attacking the Service; scraping it; reverse engineering it; or trying to extract our prompts, models or code.
- Using the Service to build a competing product, or to generate content at a volume meant to degrade it for others.
3. What we do about it
We may refuse, stop or remove any project that breaks this policy, and suspend or close accounts for serious or repeated breaches. Credits used on a project we remove for breaking this policy are not refunded.
To report misuse, including a video made from your website without permission, write to [support@yourdomain.com]. We review reports promptly.
